Hola everyone, guess where i am? I'm in Mexico of course! Cancun to be exact, well...at a resort an hour outside of Cancun. Wondering how i managed to find myself two countries away? Lets start at the beginning shall we?

My journey started on monday night, when my mom and i boarded a happy time tours and travel bus with about 20 others (Family, family friends, family-to-be) The drive was long, and no one slept well. With a mix of alcohol and junk food, we were feeling pretty crappy when we pulled up to the minniapolis airport (so cant spell that right). By the way, dont ever eat at the Perkins resteraunt on the way to Duluth, yuck. Did i mention that bus ride was like 9 hours?
At the airport, we finally lugged all our stuff into the place and are told we cant even go into security yet for some reason. We wait an hour and they finally let us through. We find our gate and sit down. Soon half the group has found refuge under those crappy airport chairs or are small enough to lay down without being crushed by the arm rests. Others wander off to find food and magazines. It was a four hour wait there until our flight. I passed my time in the airport arcade with my cousin Ryan. We played Guitar Hero (only in the states would they have a Guitar Hero arcade game) and i played this kick ass WW2 fighter pilot game. I had to defend the city of london from japanese bombing planes called Shuskas. 14 kills in a row was my best, and thats pretty fucking good to me because im pretty sure that makes me an air ace by military standards. But under a hail of bullets from a german base, my plane caught fire. Sadly, my pilot and plane exploded in air before we could make an emergency landing.
Finally aboard the plane, i was so tired i could barely my eyes open. i drifted in and out of conciousness for about 2 hours, before i forced myself awake. I spent a half an hour staring at the Missisipi river before i could finally see the Gulf of mexico.
We land! woo! After the 20 of us get our crap and make it through customs, we have to wait another half hour waiting for mike (my cousin's boyfriend) cause he was on a flight before us and is at another terminal, but we find him eventually and get our bus and leave.
An hours ride to the resort. We pass alot of cool looking places. Also some ghetto looking places that kinda scared me cause everything is guarded and stuff. This place is very....crumbly. Lots of crumbling buildings, some buildings look like they've been to hell and back.
But at the resort, its absolutely breath taking. No windows anywhere, birdies fly about. Its amazing, these strange little rodents are everywhere. They're like armadillos with fur. Cappybaras but small. Some kitties too. You walk around and are surrounded by a canopy of tropical trees. It sounds like the jungle too. Lots of people from all over here, holland, finland, france, england, even from Czech republic. SO humid by the way, some of the places smell like wet dog.

Talk about culture shock. I'm swimming around at the beach and this chick is standing in the water maybe ten meteres from me and she's not wearing anything! Bathing suit bottoms, thats it. I was like "omg D: boobs!" and she is walking about like its nothing. Some others were the same, i even saw a little girl without a top. Pedo's fantasy right there.
Also, this dude was walking down the beach with a shotgun in his hand! A staff member, carrying a fucking shotgun! D: it was scary!!
I got to harras fish!! Awesome little guys, fed them bread and they were swimming all around me. It was so cool. S
